Dear James and John Guerra:

I consider this letter our opportunity to specifically comment on the recent construction

work performed by Konstrukt Development on our behalf. As you are most obviously

aware, our "job" was quite unique in that my wife and I were forced by health concerns

to be in New York State while much of the planning and actual work was done by you in

San Diego.

The level of cooperation with the two of you has remained outstanding since our very

first conversation. Your communication with both my wife and me during all phases of

the job has been exemplary. All aspects of the job were explained in a comprehensive

and professional manner, with very few surprises along the way. Each telephone inquiry

was responded to almost immediately, and in virtually every case, during the same day.

You offered to and actually did photograph each stage of the work and emailed the

photos to us prior to sending each current invoice for payment. This only further lent to

the confidence and comfort we experienced while working with you and your firm.

I would like to especially note the extremely high quality work your sub-contractors

performed on the job. In nearly every case, they exceeded our expectations.

Let this letter stand as a testament to our satisfaction of the job performed. Also accept

our willingness and actual eagerness to let this letter act as a formal Letter of

Recommendation to any future prospects you find would benefit from learning of our

experiences with Konstrukt Development. Thanks again and continued success with
